Important Booking Information
Tourist Tax
The price does not include the tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day. This can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, we ask for a refundable security deposit of EUR 150.
Cleaning
Cleaning fees will not be charged provided the apartment is left clean and tidy.
Pets
Pets are allowed only upon request.
Weekly Rentals
The apartments are rented per week (7 nights).
Arrival & Departure
Arrival and departure days are normally on Saturdays. On request, alternative days may be possible.
Payment & Cancellation
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than two months before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with a full refund is possible up to two months before arrival.
Booking Confirmation
Payment information will be provided after booking. Your reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit payment.
House Rules & Stay Information
After booking, you will receive additional information regarding your stay, including house rules, arrival details, and practical information about the apartments and the surrounding area.
